Our story
One family, two kitchens, the same handwritten recipes
Amar Punjabi began as a roadside dhaba serving truckers and travellers on the Rangbari road. Five decades later the same family still grinds its own masalas every morning, cooks in desi ghee and refuses to serve anything non-vegetarian.
Today you will find us at two addresses in Kota — the restaurant on Rangbari Road and the dhaba near Kota Railway Station — plus at hundreds of weddings, offices and family functions every year.
